Range technical data
- Flow range
- 1–55 m³/h across the listed subranges
- Motor power range
- 0.37–45 kW
- Maximum working pressure
- 21–30 bar, according to subrange
- Flanged connection range
- DN25–DN80, according to subrange

Range bounds are a catalogue overview. Check flow and head together on the selected model curve; maximum values are not a guaranteed combined duty point.
Series catalogue ↗Series overview
Overview
The CDLF series uses a standard motor coupled to a vertical multistage pump shaft. Inlet and outlet are at the base on one level. The catalogue covers filtration and water transfer, building pressure boosting, industrial cleaning, cooling and water-treatment systems.
Component materials vary by subrange: CDLF 2/4 list a cast-iron pump head and AISI 304 base plate; CDLF 8/12/16/20 list a cast-iron head and base plate; CDLF 32/42 list an AISI 304 head and cast-iron base plate. The catalogue limits the pumped liquid to thin, clean, non-flammable and non-explosive media without solid particles or fibres. Select the exact flow-head curve, temperature version, materials, pressure limit and electrical supply for the installation.

Materials
Material schedules differ by subrange. CDLF 2/4 specify a cast-iron pump head and AISI 304 base plate; CDLF 8/12/16/20 specify a cast-iron head and base plate; CDLF 32/42 specify an AISI 304 pump head and cast-iron base plate. The tables list AISI 304 impellers and diffusers, with shaft material options depending on the subrange. Confirm the exact model schedule.
Operating conditions
Thin, clean, non-flammable and non-explosive liquids without solid particles or fibers. Normal type: −15 to 70 °C; hot-water type: −15 to 120 °C. Ambient temperature up to 40 °C and altitude up to 1000 m.
Before selecting
- Specify flow, total head and inlet conditions for the non-self-priming multistage pump.
- Select the appropriate liquid-temperature version and stainless steel grade for the actual liquid.
- Confirm stage count, connections and electrical supply; above 3 kW the catalogue lists three-phase supply only.
Series questions
Can CDLF pump water containing fibers or solids?
The operating conditions specify thin, clean liquid without solid particles or fibers. Choose a different suitable construction for solids-bearing duty.
Can the normal type be used at the hot-water type limit?
Use the selected temperature version. The normal type is listed to 70 °C and the hot-water type to 120 °C; confirm the configuration before ordering.
