FC / Stainless steel submersible pump

FC Light Sewage Pump

FC is a light sewage range with a closed single-channel impeller. Its catalogue covers clean to slightly dirty water and lists the solids passage for each model. Stainless steel construction and single-phase or three-phase versions make it a distinct series from the larger FC stainless steel wastewater catalogue.

Range technical data

Motor power range
0.55–2.2 kW
Maximum flow
Up to 48 m³/h
Maximum head
Up to 15.5 m
Solids passage
38 or 50 mm, according to model
Power supply
1~ 220–240 V or 3~ 380–415 V, 50 Hz

Range bounds are a catalogue overview. Check flow and head together on the selected model curve; maximum values are not a guaranteed combined duty point.

Series overview

Overview

The FC light sewage pump is designed for submerged transfer in domestic, workshop and industrial systems. The catalogue describes an AISI 304 stainless steel pump assembly, a closed single-channel impeller and seals arranged around an oil-filled motor chamber. Its performance table separates the available electrical versions and operating points.

Although the source mentions some aggressive liquids, compatibility must be checked against the actual liquid and seal materials; combustible liquids are expressly excluded. Choose a model from its flow and head curve, then confirm that any entrained solids fit the passage stated for that model. This FC family remains a separate catalogue record from FC inox.

Features

  • Closed single-channel impeller
  • AISI 304 stainless steel pump construction
  • Model-specific solids passage
  • Single-phase and three-phase versions in the catalogue

Applications

  • Domestic water drainage
  • Workshop drainage
  • Light industrial wastewater transfer

Materials

AISI 304 stainless steel pump construction and stainless steel motor shaft; oil-resistant nitrile rubber gaskets, silicon-carbide/alumina mechanical seal and an upper lip seal.

Operating conditions

Clean or slightly dirty water, with a maximum liquid temperature of 50 °C in continuous duty. Combustible liquids are prohibited. Maintain the pumping level at least 10 cm above the pump body; three-phase motor protection must be provided by the user.

Before selecting

  • Match the required flow and head to the selected FC performance curve.
  • Check suspended solids against the passage listed for the exact model, and confirm liquid compatibility with the seals and stainless steel.
  • Confirm single-phase or three-phase supply, motor protection and the minimum operating water level.

Series questions

Can this FC pump handle solids?

The closed single-channel impeller can pass solids within the model-specific limit in the technical table. Confirm the solids before selecting a model.

Can FC pump combustible liquids?

No. The catalogue expressly prohibits combustible liquids. Check the actual liquid against the pump and seal materials for other duties.

WC Cutter Sewage Pump

WC combines a submersible sewage pump with a cutter impeller and ring. The cutting assembly reduces fibrous material before it enters the discharge path. The catalogue covers two-pole and four-pole constructions for wastewater and sewage duties where a standard drainage impeller may be more prone to obstruction.

FC Inox Sewage Pump

FC Inox is the separate FC wastewater catalogue with a double-channel impeller and stainless steel wetted parts. Its stated applications span water exchange, drainage and filtration in agricultural and landscape settings. The model range and hydraulic data differ from the light FC catalogue and should be read independently.

KTZ-LH Drainage Pump

The KTZ-LH catalogue combines two submersible drainage ranges with cast-iron construction and high-chrome-alloy impellers. KTZ has a semi-open impeller and ductile-iron wear plate; LH has a separately specified construction for deep-well pre-dewatering and high-head drainage. Both ranges list civil engineering, mining and treatment-plant applications.
