Range technical data
- KTZ performance block
- 1.5–15 kW; flow up to 156 m³/h; head up to 56 m; discharge 50–150 mm
- LH performance block
- 22–110 kW; flow up to 408 m³/h; head up to 200 m; discharge 100–200 mm
- Power supply
- 3~ 380–415 V, 50 Hz
- Maximum water depth
- KTZ: 25 m; LH: 30 m
Range bounds are a catalogue overview. Check flow and head together on the selected model curve; maximum values are not a guaranteed combined duty point.

Overview
KTZ uses rigid cast-iron motor and pump bodies, a semi-open high-chrome-alloy impeller and a ductile-iron wear plate. Its discharge channel is cast into the motor housing for cooling, with a top outlet. LH has its own construction schedule: hard cast-iron motor and pump bodies, a high-chrome-alloy impeller and a ductile-iron diffuser; its hydraulic section sits below the motor and pumped water provides cooling.
The LH overview includes deep-well pre-dewatering and high-head dewatering. Both ranges specify water up to 40 °C, but the maximum water depth is 25 m for KTZ and 30 m for LH. Select the exact family and model by flow, total head, actual liquid, electrical arrangement and installation conditions.

Features
- Separate KTZ and LH drainage constructions
- KTZ semi-open high-chrome impeller and ductile-iron wear plate
- LH high-chrome impeller and ductile-iron diffuser
- Top-outlet designs with pumped-water motor cooling
Applications
- Civil-engineering drainage
- Mine and quarry drainage
- Sewage-treatment-site drainage
Materials
KTZ uses cast-iron motor and pump bodies, a high-chrome-alloy semi-open impeller and a ductile-iron inlet/wear plate. LH uses hard cast-iron motor and pump bodies, a high-chrome-alloy impeller and a ductile-iron diffuser. Mechanical-seal materials depend on the family and model.
Operating conditions
Water temperature up to 40 °C. Maximum water depth is 25 m for KTZ and 30 m for LH in their respective overviews. Confirm the applicable family, model and electrical data before selection.
Before selecting
- Specify the drainage liquid and solids before selecting a construction or mine drainage model.
- Match flow and total head to the individual KTZ or LH hydraulic curve.
- Check the selected model against immersion depth, liquid temperature, power supply and discharge connection.
Series questions
What protects the hydraulic parts from wear?
The KTZ overview specifies a high-chrome-alloy semi-open impeller matched with a ductile-iron wear plate. Suitability still depends on the actual liquid and selected model.
Which site duties are listed?
The catalogue lists civil engineering, mines and quarries, sewage treatment plants and general pumping. Match the actual drainage duty to the selected pump rather than treating all listed duties as identical.
